SHIPPING INFORMATION

At Gigi’s Wig Collection, we focus on quick and dependable shipping to make sure your custom wigs and hair toppers arrive on time. Our shipping options are tailored to meet your requirements, we strive to offer clear details about packaging and costs. We are committed to trust through straightforward communication with our customers.

Shipping Fees Info

  • Free Shipping: Offer applies to U.S. Domestic Ground Shipping only. Order subtotal must be equal to or greater than $350 after any applicable discounts, but before taxes, to qualify. Once your Custom wig is completed which takes 14-21 Days.

  • Ground: 5-7 Business Days $17.50

  • 3-Day: 3 Business Days (Ground Service) $27.50

  • 2-Day: 2 Business Days (Air Service) $37.50

  • Next Day: Week Day Delivery (Air Service) $64.00

  • Next Day: Saturday Delivery (Air Service) $79.00  

  • Shipping to PO Boxes: Please note that UPS DOES NOT SHIP to PO Boxes. If your order is submitted with a PO Box in the Shipping section, we will contact you to choose an alternate address and, if required, submit your order to payment review.

  • International Shipping Costs (via UPS):
     

  • UPS International Expedited Delivery: $75*

  • UPS International Express Delivery: $80*


  • *International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required. Invoices are sent with all shipments. This is the only document that will be sent with your shipment.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Overview

Because we specialize in custom-made luxury hair pieces, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. Please review the policy below to understand how returns and exchanges work for custom wigs, custom hair toppers, and hair extensions.

Inspection Window

Customers have 3 business days from the date of delivery to inspect their order.
If there are any issues, concerns, or discrepancies, you must contact us within this 3‑day window.

Custom Wigs & Custom Hair Toppers

All custom wigs and custom-made hair toppers are final sale.
However, if you receive an item that is not as described, you may request an exchange only.

Eligibility for Exchange

To qualify for an exchange:

  • You must contact us within 3 business days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, uncut, and in its original condition.

  • Lace must be un-cut, curls or styling must be untouched, and the piece must not show signs of wear.

  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

If approved, we will begin the exchange process. No refunds are issued for custom pieces.

Hair Extensions

Hair extensions may be eligible for a return or exchange only if:

  • They are unused, uninstalled, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • You contact us within the 3‑day inspection window.

Once hair has been opened, worn, dyed, installed, brushed, or altered in any way, it becomes ineligible for return or exchange.

Incorrect or Not-as-Described Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect or not as described:

  • Contact us immediately within the 3‑day inspection window.

  • Provide photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will review your claim and, if approved, provide instructions for returning the item for an exchange.

We do not offer refunds for custom items, but we will gladly correct any mistakes on our end.

Important: Do NOT Ship Items Back Without Approval

Please do not ship your package back to us without contacting us first.
We use a different return address for processing returns and exchanges.
Any unauthorized packages sent to the wrong address may be delayed or refused.

Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect due to our error.

  • Original shipping fees are non‑refundable.
