Custom Wig Construction Process
To get started, please complete the order form. Once submitted, a quote invoice will be emailed to you for payment, along with detailed instructions on where to ship your hair packages.

After payment is received and your hair bundles and lace closure or frontal arrive, your order will enter the construction phase. Please allow 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your custom wig to be completed.

For the best results, please send new hair or freshly washed hair. If you would like your wig custom colored, the hair must be 100% human hair. Please be sure to provide accurate head measurements to ensure your wig fits comfortably and securely.

Once your wig is complete, photos will be sent to you for approval before shipment. All completed wigs are shipped via UPS with Signature Required Delivery to help ensure your package arrives safely and securely. We look forward to creating your custom wig! ✨
