**Return & Refund Policy**

**3‑Day Inspection Window**
Customers have **3 business days** from the delivery date to inspect their order. Any issues must be reported within this window.
**Custom Wigs & Custom Hair Toppers**
All custom wigs and custom-made hair toppers are **final sale**.
If your item arrives **not as described**, you may request an **exchange only** within 3 business days. Items must be **unused, uncut, unaltered**, and returned with all original packaging and accessories.
**Hair Extensions**
Hair extensions may be eligible for a return or exchange only if they are **unused, uninstalled, unwashed**, and still in their **original packaging**. Once opened, worn, brushed, dyed, or installed, they are **not eligible** for return.
**Incorrect or Not‑as‑Described Items**
If you receive the wrong item or something not as described, contact us immediately with photos. Approved claims will be eligible for an exchange.
**Do NOT Return Items Without Approval**
Please **do not** ship any items back without contacting us first.
