All custom wigs and custom-made hair toppers are **final sale**.

**Hair Extensions**
Hair extensions may be eligible for a return or exchange only if they are **unused, uninstalled, unwashed**, and still in their **original packaging**. Once opened, worn, brushed, dyed, or installed, they are **not eligible** for return.
